How To Process Refund

Steps on How to do Refunds

1. Log in to your dashboard. Once you're logged in, click "Manage"

2. Click the Order Icon

3. Go to List

4. Look for the Order/Transaction
5. Click Action

4. Click Refund
5. Fill out the Details

Note: Funds might take a couple of days to reach the customer's account.
